We had Mandy Hopper come and run some Strength and Conditioning sessions for our girls from U11 and older

Netball is a highly dunamic sport involving acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction, whilst performing frequent jumping and landing movements.  Netball athletes must possess physical proficiency to cope with the physically demanding nature of the sport of successful athletic performance.

Additionally, netball also has a reputation for a high incidence of knee (ACL) and ankle injuries.  In order to prevent these injuries, improving landing mechanics and improve athletic performance participation in a progressibe strength and conditioning progam is vital.
